[blparent] Carseats for children 1 year-old or older?

Hi,

I do find it a little hard to pull in rough areas like across grass, but 
it's great on sidewalks and pavement.  I've never had mine tip at all.  I 
didn't know there was a frame for the bigger car seats.  If so this might 
also be an option for you to consider.
