[blparent] Carseats for children 1 year-old or older?

That's what I would prefer to do, but i think Joshua's going to exceed the 
20 pound weight limit that is normal for front carriers.  Are there others 
that exced that limit?  i used to know of one, the Snuggly, but i can't find 
it anymore.
