okay when making baby food a few things to remember, do not mix things at
first baby needs time to taste and to react especially if allergic to
something.

Try one thing at a time, like fruit, it is just fruit, try not to use water
if by all means.

When my daughter was a baby we are going back 21 years now, she was allergic
to almost everything, not anymore though.

do not mix foods until 8-9 months maybe longer.

My daughter eats everything. We have different backgrounds so when children
are older do not stop them from trying new things.

I am Jewish, my husband is Puerto Rican, my ex-husband my daughter father is
from Egypt.

I have step-children who are half Puerto Rican and half Italian. Do not
make things different for them, if you eat it they will eat it.
