[blparent] Carseats for children 1 year-old or older?

Hello Jo Elizabeth,
I'm very curious about how you pull an umbrella stroller. I've tried in the
past and found the one I was using was very tricky to pull and steer behind
me. Was it just a question of practice?
Thanks,
Melissa

I personally like the umbrella stroller very well. It's inexpensive, easy
to fold and carry, and it has lasted through SARAH'S TWO YEARS> Some have
claimed the umbrella strollers are easy to tip over, but I've never had that

problem.
