[blparent] Carseats for children 1 year-old or older?

I guess maybe it's practice, or maybe I just hold my mouth right, I don't 
know.  One thing is that I take my time and don't try to go too fast.  The 
sidewalks are pretty good where I live, too, so I can't vouch for the 
stroller on rough terrain.
