[blparent] feeding your infents

When I was feeding my daughter baby food I used the take and toss spoons. I 
ca not think of the brand, but can ask my sister. I liked these spoons the 
most, because they curved in a bit more than the rubber cover ones. I would 
scoop up some food and feel with my finger to see how much I had one the 
spoon. Then I would find her mouth with my left hand, and guide the spoon in 
with my right hand. I always kept a handful of paper towels around to wipe 
off my fingers or anthing else. I find it was easier at first to strip my 
daughter down to a diaper to feed her. Oh yeah I also kept the food away 
from my daughter too. I have heard some parents let their kids stick their 
fingers in the food and all while they are feeding them, but I didn't like 
this.

When I started feeding my daughter table food it was small pieces of soft 
foods like bananas, bagel, cooked carrots, green beans, and cheese.
