If you're worried about her weight, you could try things like putting lots 
of butter in her food or try Carnation Instant Breakfasts.  Some kids are 
just beanpoles.  It's good to do the testing if you're concerned but try not 
to stress about it too much.  Just do the best you can to get her eating and 
drinking.  I'm here to tell you from experience that you can present it but 
you can't make them eat it.  If she's had that big a growth spurt, she's 
maybe just taking a break for a bit.
Okay, now I'll stop rambling, too.
