It's never too early to set a routine for her. We've always had one 4 Gab
and I am so glad when I talk to parents who go through heck every night
trying to get their kids in bed. Good luck! V

Subject: [blparent] question of napping
Hi.
We've noticed a small pattern with Leah and I'm wondering if you guys have
any thoughts on this.
It seems that if she doesn't get her afternoon nap, she has a bit of a
meltdown that night. I thought this only happened when they were a bit
older and not at 5 weeks but if this is the case, do you have any tips on
getting her to nap during the day?
I think the time is coming up for us to start a bedtime routine, or at least
I've read that this can begin around the 6 week mark or close to it.
We did take her out today on two walks and ran a couple of errands so maybe
that was too much activity for her but she seemed to be happy in the
stroller and the sling we got.
Thanks for the info.
Scott
