[blparent] need urgent help

If so, where is the leadership in this? You shouldn't have just had the
good luck to know someone who happened to work for CPS, why is this not
being resolved at the leadership level if these cases are on the
up-and-up and if they are so pervasive?

They still have to follow procedures.  Blind parents have had their
children 
taken away for much less.
