[blparent] Challenges with hospital

For goodness sake, do you have to argue with everything?  I only suggested 
switching hospitals as an option, which it often is, especially in larger 
metropolitan areas where there is frequently more than one NICU.  I never 
said it would work in all cases, but it is definitely an idea to consider 
much of the time.
