I was in the hospital so long before Gab was born that I had plenty of time

Someone suggested switching hospitals if you don't like one for whatever 
reason.  Unfortunately, that doesn't always work, especially if there is 
only one hospital where there is a NICU.  In which case, you just have to do

your best ot educate staff.
