Miranda,
For the little girls I babysit, I just run their bottle under hot water in 
the sink.  If I can't stand there for some reason, I set it in the sink and 
let the hot water run over it.  It takes the chill off of it, which is 
really all that's necessary.
There are bottle warmers on the market, but I never found the need for one.
