We didn't either. We did initially, then my kid was screaming, so I
bypassed the heat up step and she didn't care. Her favorite meal at the
time was the next one. Now she has more refined tastes such as Mac and
cheese.

I am sure there are those here who will consider me to be a bad 
parent -- but I will tell you that we never warmed up the bottles for 
either of our kids, and they always drank them.  They are now happy 
and healthy 8 and 7 year olds.
