Looked at the toy last night it is the little tikes rock and scoot zebra.
When I got it the rocker attachment was gone so never clued in to what it
was. Myles loves it and is on it all the time with only the one mishap where
he thought he was evil con-evil. You can get them online I think. I did see
it at toysrus.com
