Hi,
I just set the car seat in the wagon, with our wagon, if I have the rear
seat set so the kid sitting in it is rear facing, the car seat fits real
nice in there.  I have gone over curbs and bumps with no issues. If
extension straps for the seat belt could be found or made, that would work
great for going around the car seat for a little extra security.

I use a mei tai baby carrier, and I am 6 foot and a good weight, so I can
carry my kids for quite a while. The other day I carried my 3 month old in
the mei tai and the 2 year old in a back pack carrier, just to see if that
would work best for the winter time.

I am very short and found it far easier to pull awagon then I ever did a
stroller. 
And Michael, I love your carseat idea for the little one. Not sure I'd ever
have thought of that. Do you strap the carseat in, or just set it in the
wagon? 
Wearing the kid is great too until they get too big. That is very dependent
on you and on the type of carrier you use.

We recently purchased a Radio Flyer wagon with seats in it.  The one seat
can be in a few different positions, so I can use it to haul my 2 year old,
and my 3 month old in her car seat. Or lately I have gone to wearing the
3
month old, and the 2 and 4 year old ride in the wagon. It has soft wheels
and is made form plastic, so it is not as noisy to pull as a metal wagon.
 I know this don't help much with the pulling stroller, but is an
alternative method.

I've posted an article once or twice about pulling a stroller while working
a guide dog, but I would guess you could use a cane as well.  Should I post
the article again?  It should be in the archives.  To tell the truth, I
never tested how well the technique would work because I found it easier to
just carry my daughter in my free arm till she got big enough to walk and
hold my hand.
