LM,

I've found the best solution for me is to use a syringe. Using a teaspoon 
syringe, which is aproximately 5 mg it's possible to get the hang of filling 
it four fifths of the way. Took a little bit to get the hang of it, but 
after that it's pretty easy to get any dosage.
