Hello
This year, all of the schools in New Mexico are going to something called
School fusion.  What it is:  all teachers have to put their class schedules
and syllabus online, all assignments for each students, all that were turned
in, all the grades and us, the parents can view at our own pleasure.  
The school assigns each parent a password and you have to use it to sign in
to this site.  If you lose the password, you have to go to the main office
and beg for another.  They have been using this system in private schools
for some time and it seems to work really well.
I, for one, will love it.  There is also a link on this page for parents to
send messages to the teachers and another link for students to send messages
to teachers.
