That's what I tell myself too, if you clean your room we'll decorate, if you
don't we won't ... but his messy yucky room drives me crazy!!

Well, if he wants the stuff up in his room, he'll clean it. You've put it
on him and that's okay. Just think, if he doesn't clean, you don't have to
do the work. If he wants it without cleaning he'll just have to put it up
himself. See? Still no work for you.

Oh too funny, just getting to these Christmas e-mails. My lo got the read
along puppy and he's deaf as well ... after the second or third time saying
And Jingle was a good dog he might then respond ... we started saying and
Jingle was a partially deaf dog, lol. He also got some blocks, some little
people things, a tool bench, and his favorite which is Thomas the train or
his "Choo-choo"!! My older son is 11 and he got the new ds and some games
and he's decorating his room for the Nebraska Huskers so he got some things
to finish his room off ... but in order for me to help him decorate, he has
to clean it. Any of you have this problem??

I also bought my nephew one of those helicopters a few years ago, and it
crash landed and broke within a few minutes.

Santa brought Sarah the Dora the Explorer kitchen she'd been wanting, as
well as a turtle tent she can actually sleep in. Now she wants a sleeping
bag to go with the tent, so she asked if Santa would come back and give her
one. I said no, Santa's going to have a long rest, but her birthday is
coming up. She got some puzzles and new pajamas, a magnetic fishing game,
and a toy camera with animal slides to look at. She also got a bus and an
airplane for her Little People toys, which she still plays with a lot even
as she gets older. She got a new playdough set, and her uncle bought her a
bunch of markers and other art supplies. She got a bear with a story book,
and when you read parts of the book, the bear responds--although sometimes
he does, sometimes he doesn't. We were joking that the bear is a little
hard of hearing, you kind of have to shout at him before he answers.
Stephen bought Sarah a Happy Napper, which is a ladybug you can pull the
insides out of to make a pillow. Sarah also got some print/braille books I
can read to her, of which "Quiet Loud" is her favorite. The other two are
Dr. Seuss.

We bought Stephen a telescope because he likes to look at the stars and try
to see planets and things. I bought him a puzzle of World War II aircraft
and a game called Totally Gross, which is facts you never really wanted to
know about science and nature. For example, did you know a goose can poop a
whole pound in one day? So, with millions of geese flying around, that's
millions of pounds of ... you get the picture. His mom bought him an Ipod
and a scooter you stand on and ride, which I thought was kind of
crazy--that's a lot of money, but what can you do?

I got Gerald a remote start for his car so he could warm it up in the winter
before he goes out, and I won't have to hear about what a drag it is to get
in a cold car. *Smile.* I got some new slippers, flannel-lined jeans, a
fluffy robe--I sense a cold theme going on here.

Anyway, merry Christmas to you all.
