[blparent] breast pump recommendations please?

It does. I misread your message the first time. I still think I'd go
for the Ameda because the mold in the tubing and motor can occur with
normal use of the Medela, apparently. But I understand what you mean.
Sounds like you really can't go wrong with either choice.
