[blparent] Convertable car seat suggestions

We went with the cosco scenera 40 rf because it is light and inexpensive
and easy to install and fits in cabs well. it doesn't have a handle so it
is harder to travel with but it is so light and compact compared to other
convertible car seats.

I've heard good things about radian car seats which fold and have a
carrying case; however, they are very heavy. I don't know how easy they are
to install.
