It is easy. You just add Braille labels with the letters on the pieces and 
the boards. I've adapted several over the years. Just make sure to put a 
letter sign infront of the letters, because the magnetic ring isn't on the 
same side of every fish. Sense Pippy can see some the letters are very large 
so I'm guessing she hasn't needed to adapt it. If you want other help on 
adapting toys and how just let me know. I adapt them all because when 
presenting them to parents I need to know what is what. I also use them 
during tutoring, and child care.
