[blparent] Syringe Plunger still goes Beyond 3ml Line: Please Help

How can I get an accurate 3ml measurement with a 3ml syringe? Whenever I withdraw the meds from the bottle, the plunger always goes beyond the line. Are the 1ml syringes more accurate?Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Regards,Kevin
