[blparent] Syringe Plunger still goes Beyond 3ml Line: Please Help

When you draw medication using a syringe that has its plunger marked at the 
desired dosage you will submerge the syringe enough so that when you draw 
the medication that no air is drawn into the syringe.  You need to pull the 
plunger past the marked place on the plunger.  Keeping the syringe submerged 
in the medication slowly push the plunger down until the marked line is even 
with the top of the outer casing of the syringe.  HTH and Happy
