Hi Brandy,
i have a friend who is gluten free. There is a brand called "Amy's," i
think that has some food, -- but it is a bit expensive.
I know that it is hard because gluten is in many foods -- just for
fillers and you really have to read the package to know.
i think that putting in Ciliac (hopefully spelled correct) will help
you find some recipes.
We found that almond or chickpea flour was superior.
Almond flour does cost a bit more.
And, chickpea flour kind of smells funny at first, but not after it is baked.
