You could have the chart, the rules in braille and print, and then if
they miss behave, have a jar with marbles or something that they take
and put marbles in as they do good and bad.

You could look at a website called
flylady.net
there are tuns of great ideas for parenting on this website.
They have what is called a student control journal that the kids use
and they have their routines in it and they have to do their best to
follow it with some help from the parents. Not sure exactly all about
it but you can look it up.
It is called student control journal because the parents can use a
control journal that hold their daily and weekly routines, calendars,
minue, grocery lists, emmergency contact information...
