I think Melissa and Doug puts out some charts that are magnetic.  I'm not 
sure what they're all about, but you could probably look on Amazon.

When you do find a way, I would consider also making a positive chart for 
behaviors you want to encourage, so that your kids can "catch themselves in 
the act" of being good.  Not that it isn't important to get rid of unwanted 
behaviors, but I've also found it makes a huge difference when you can 
encourage behaviors you do want.  It sort of changes the climate from 
negative to positive.
