[blparent] a convention question

I asked this on another list, but no one will offer an answer.  I already
bought tickets to the NFB bar-be-que, as my darling daughter wanted to go,
so I am going.  But what I want to know, has anyone ever been, what is it
like?  Are there games to play, music to listen to or is it nothing more
than sitting at tables, like any other  eating event?  Is it indoors or out?
