I would like to second this . Social services although they can call in for CPS, are just that they are there to see if you have the resources and or if they can provide resources for you to help parent your child. When they find that maybe you do not have enough resources and or know-how, and they will and can call CPS. But social services comes to see everybody, sided blind deaf mute everybody. They are there just as a precautionary measure. It's nothing against the blindness.
