[blparent] she's finally learning

You aren't offending me!
I had one of the best dads and he loved me no matter what. He drove me any
where I wanted to go and even if he had to give up hiw own stuff. My
husband's dad wasn't like mine, but my husband is. He loves our little girl
and for the most part will drop what he's doing to take us some where except
on Nascar race time, ok, I'm just kidding.
But he does like to watch, so I try not to make plans at that time. Even
dads need ttme to be alone with their TV. Haha
Gab loves dad and now that he's been doing so many things with her, they've
become very close.

Marsha:

That was a great point you made about little girls or girls in general. I
hope I don't offend anyone when I say this, but I will say that sometimes
fathers are not the best influence on their daughters because of the way
they were treated by their fathers, like me. I would never want either one
of my children to be treated the way I was growing up. Therefore, they have

a Father who is in heaven whom my children can have a relationship with. He

is also my Father and I am excited about learning from Him the true meaning
of love, self worth, and humility.
