Thanks Erin. Someone suggested something today that I've never heard 
of. Someone in our apartment building said there is something that 
looks like a pacifier, but instead of a nipple, it has a screen. you 
put a popsickle or ice-cube in it and the baby sucks on the coldness. 
It's meant to sooth hurting gums, which poor kahlan has been dealing 
with a lot for the past few days!
