[blparent] child locators

In really crowded situations I just make a pact with another mom to help me
look after Dawson while he's running around.  It's nice because I help her
just as much as she helps me.  For example, I might go ahead and hold her
baby while she gets something out of her bag or change her child while she's
busy doing something.  One hand washes the other and maybe this is something
you can do since it is hard to hear your child in a crowd but especially
with a hearing loss.
