Hi Sharon,
I'm glad you and Kevin got a chance to talk, and we truly appreciate each of
you helping us! Yes, it is so very true that if you don't know exactly what
you're looking for at times that you can be told "we don't carry that..."
Yeah, ok... ;)
Then, when you go into that very same store the next day and have someone
else helping you you're able to find what you're looking for! Sometimes,
it's an employee not knowing what you're talking about, other times it's
employees not wanting to ask for help. We've encountered both, although the
stores that we frequent are quite helpful most times.
We'll be sure to let you know how this turns out, and thanks again for the
help!

In Christ, Miranda

Miranda, it was a rare time that we had a chance to chat-it's a joke that we
don't talk to each other, Kevin and I! He was preparing a turkey to fry for
his girl friend's family so I asked. As the loss prevention manager for his
store, he knows what they have and I know if you don't ask for something by
the right name, it could be right there and the person assisting may not
know what you're talking about! Please let me know how this works.
Sharon
And Happy New Year to all.
