[blparent] lights and sighted children

Jan, the timer thing is easy. You can buy one at any place like Wal-Mart.
You just plug it into the wall, it has two prongs on the back that go into
the outlet. Then you plug your lamp into the front, where there are two
holes that feel like a wall outlet. Have someone set the timer for when the
lamp should go on and when it should go off, and that's it.

Good luck,
Jo Elizabeth

compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of
the weak and the strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of
these."--George Washington Carver, 1864-1943, American scientist
