[blparent] girl scout leaders?

I do not recall cub scouts being that way, but that was. Well, a very long
time ago, and I am sure things have changed with both organizations.
 
But I see no reason there couldn't be multiple leaders. Heck our little town
has a head leader, then a leader for each age group.

Some groups have a person in charge of regular meetings, then a cookie mom
that takes care of all the fund raising stuff.

Wow, that's a ton of work.  Could you share the job with someone else, have
two leaders?  I have a friend who just wrote a recommendation for someone to
be a leader.  It was an online form that asked a lot of in-depth questions. 
I was surprised, since I didn't know there was that much of a screening
process in place.
