[blparent] attaching child locator

Jo Elizabeth and others,
I'm way behind on emails, but wanted to give you an idea. You could always 
put some sort of fabric through the loop that the belt is to go through and 
attach a clip or latch onto that. That way you wouldn't have to worry about 
your daughter having a belt on.
