[blparent] Explaining vision loss to children

That is cute! My daughter asked about me not seeing a long long time ago,
but not for many years. Until late last year, she wanted to know why I
couldn't see and if my eyes would ever get better. So I sat down with her
and explained about RP. So she said, Ok, now I know," and that was that.
She knows I do everything the other mom's do except drive and even that has
never been a biggy. We either find a driver or we walk, plain and simple.

We found out that we didn't need to explain very much. It was interesting
that with Mark it took him longer to realize that others could see like he
could.
