[blparent] Still using visual gestures with other blind people

Right? I just did it again the other day. I've spent the last week
camped out on the couch with a severe sinus cold. On Saturday, I finally
was feeling better and decided to eat something more substantial. Ross
gave me a bowl of cereal, and while we were talking, I finished it then
held my arm out with the bowl in my hand wondering why he wasn't taking
it from me. As he kept talking, I was like, hey dude, I'm holding this
bowl out, then I started laughing. Ross was confused, so I explained how
I'd been handing him my bowl for a couple of minutes, frustrated that he
wasn't taking it. LOL I guess I can use the excuse that I'm pregnant and
a bit spacey lately, ha-ha. Seven years, and I still do this with Ross,
and with his RP, he sees less now than he did seven years ago. You'd
think I'd remember by now, grin.

Sincerely,
Bridgit Kuenning-Pollpeter

I do that all the time and my husband is always saying to me about me,
shaking your head? Aren't you the one that always complains when others
do
that? Or my daughter last week, "mommy I thought I saw you gesturing
for
us to come over here but honestly, the kids across the room thought you
were
pointing at them as well." Too too funny, I knew who I was calling, why
didn't they? Ha ha
