[blparent] Losing baby weight

By just doing some form of exercise 30 to 40 minutes a day and watching
what you eat, it's easier to not add on pounds after pregnancy and
nursing. If you really want to eliminate baby weight, lower your daily
calorie intake to 1500 calories a day. FYI, typically, 2000 calories per
day is what women are advised to eat. If you go below 1000 calories per
day, you risk entering self-starvation mode, but 1500 to 1800 is what
most recommend when dieting. And make good, healthy food choices. Swap
fruit or yogurt for sweets. Stay away from high fatty foods especially
trans-fats (which are in a lot of snacky items like crackers and
processed food) and really watch the salt amount.

I'm not saying it's easy to lose the weight, but if you choose to follow
a regimen, it really can help. The most important thing is to get that
cardio in.

Sincerely,

True, but watch out. Those extra pounds jump back on fast as soon as
you
stop nursing.
