Rebecca,
Thanks for the advice. My sister convinced me to buy a pair of maternity
pants, but she suggested I buy a size up to accommodate as I grow, but
they were just way to big especially when I wore them as they loosened
up. I went back and bought the smaller size. I feel like I've become a
huge, round pregnant woman, but like you, unless people know, most the
time people don't realize I'm pregnant yet. It's still early, but so
far, it's mostly my stomached growing. I do wear hubby's shirts a lot
when at home, and though the girls are starting to get out of control
(ha-ha) most my tops still fit for now. I'm noticing pants and bottoms
will be tight around my waist, abs and hips but lose every where else.
My sister bought me a pair of yoga pants and they are just huge. They
are really loose especially on my legs, smile.
This is just a whole new experience, grin. I'm learning a lot as I go
along. Being pregnant in and of itself is not always great, but I'm so
happy I'm able to get pregnant, especially since we were told a while
back it wasn't an option, and of course, the end result makes nine
months of pain and suffering worth it, smile!
Sincerely,
Bridgit Kuenning-Pollpeter

Try getting clothes in maternity size small.
You really don't need much, two or three pairs of pants, two or three
long-sleeved shirts, two or three short-sleeved shirts. You might be
able to wear your husband's shirts too. My pregnancy was such that
people couldn't tell unless I was naked. I remember talking to a guy the
week my daughter was born and saying "My baby is due this week" and he
asked "Are you adopting?" I said no and he was surprised. I had a few
other friends say the same. So, I'd not hold off on getting maternity
clothes if you need them. Don't worry about what others think.
