[blparent] Prenatal vitamins

I was placed on folic acid before I was pregnant since this was planned
and we were "trying." So when we found out, much, much sooner than we
expected, that I was pregnant, I just kept taking the folic acid and
started a separate vitamin. Since the OB suggested a children's vitamin
just for fun, I chose the Disney sour gummies.

Mine said the same for if you're throwing up a lot since they'll absorb
quicker in the body, but she also recommended taking a prescription
prenatal if possible over the kids vitamins because of some essential
things that only the prenatal have like the level of folic acid which is
so important for baby.
