[blparent] powdered formula

Hi. How do you keep from making a mess with powdered formula? Every 
time we use it the powder residue gets all over. I've used paper 
towels, but the spilled powder is a waste. Thanks for any suggestions, 
and sorry if this has already been answered. I haven't had much time 
for email this week.
