[blparent] powdered formula

Measure out the formula in to a different cup. Like a measuring cup that has
a spout on it. Pore from the cup in to the bottle, the spout will help
direct the powder in to the bottle.

We've already tried that and no dice on getting the powder through the hole
in the formula.
