Dear Kate,
None of us on this list is in a position to diagnose the child of another
lister, and to suggest that someone's child might be on the brink of
committing a criminal act is unfair and uncalled-for. This discussion has
gotten out of hand. Enough, already!

Thank you, I like to see commen sence appear with this topic. I don't care
what she does, but if her darling son hurts another child, or messes up some
ones car, house, pet, so on, no one will care if he has ADHD or not. Hope
she doesn't live in a state that charges children as adults. Would suck to
be ten and get life or 25.
I think it is sad, this one person's ishue is getting so much attention with
no ADHA diagnosis given. If he was, there would be consitteration by the
corts to give him a lighter sentence. Also, is this about a child or an
adult child parent power struggle. It is making me tired to hear this
person being allowed to vent and state a lot of what is call the "yes but"
behavior that is not typicl of situations that should be easy to find a way
to help with the child's behavior.
Just my thought.
Kate
