I know there are some people in the medical profession who are not the
best, doctors, nurses and pharmacists alike. I know some doctors look
for the easy way out. But CPS has not always been known to be fair,
especially when it comes to blind and disabled people raising children.
I haven't had to deal with them, thank God! But i know at least one
blind person who has, and I've heard of others, and it's not something
you want to have to face. There are people in every profession who
should not be in that particular line of work, but I don't think it's
fair to automatically assume that Nikki's doctor is just going to
scribble a prescription and go on a ski trip. I'm not saying that every
CPS worker is bad either; I'm just saying the doctor should at least be
heard before he or she is judged to be filling a kid with meds he doesn't need.
