Hi Everyone, I have been following the messages on this list for
sometime but I have not really post. I thought I would give my
oppinion to this matter. I also do not believe in medicating children
who are having behavial difficulties. There are many different
resources to help with some of the behavial issues. For example diet
can play a role and perhaps the child have some sort of sensory
intergration issue that have not been address. There are new studies
that are looking at sensory intergration regulation and madulation and
the stress of todays society and the impact it has on our children.
Please before you give your kids medication explore different options.
Such is working with an OT who can address sensory issues. I also have
some resources I can share off list.231224-7063Thanks for a great
dissgussion. Please let us support each other with a positive spirit.
