No, the ground buffalo isn't full of sodium and you can do anything with it
that you can do with beef.  I find that most sausages are pretty packed with
sodium.  I do love them though as a rare treat.

I have had buffalo sausage but it's loaded with sodium. Is regular ground
buffalo meat full of sodium? I try to buy meats not full of sodium, which is
why I don't get pork and ham rarely, plus I'm not a piggie fan, smile.

Bridgett, those sound like some great forms of protein in addition to the
other yummy healthy foods you're eating.  Have you ever had buffalo burgers?
They're delicious and very lean.  I've gotten the meat from Costco but I'm
sure lots of stores carry it now because it's becoming so popular.
