That sounds extra yummy!!
When I was pregnant I tried an austrage burger at Fuddruckers and it was
nasty in my opinion. Maybe it wasn't cooked right but it tasted very gamy
and definitely could have used more seasoning of some kind.
I love trying all types of food and bare jerky was some of the best jerky
I've ever eaten. Venison is also wonderful if cooked right. Bison burgers
are also something worth writing home about.
I'd love to find a tasty veggie burger that doesn't have soy in it so if
anyone has suggestions I'd love to hear them. Thanks!
Erin

Last year we went to South Dakota to see Mount Rushmore and stoped at a BBQ
place in the area. All they had was buffalo this and that. I had the ribs
and they were the best I've ever had and my husband and his cousins all had
burgers, also delightful. The younger kiddos, Gab included had spaghetti
with sauce and it was good. We all decided that my ribs came in first
place.

As for the buffalo, I cooked some up and put it in a casserole that I took
to a church potluck some time ago. Not one single person could tell that it
wasn't ground beef in the dish, even Louise, an older lady who is a chronic
complainer. I really enjoy buffalo and buy it when I can afford it, which
isn't often lately.
