If he runs you are inside is the first thing I say. Second is some squeaky
shoes, for playing in the yard, and maybe a child locator so when he runs
off you can press the button and he will alarm. Last if you are going on a
walk and such than a leash would work great. They make many cute ones. Some
are fanny packs, and some are backpacks and they work nicely.

Three-year-olds ar just professional two-year-olds.  *Smile.*  They're
smarter, and more able to test your boundaries.  And then they turn four,
and look out!  Sarah's been testing her limits like crazy lately.
