[blparent] where kids shouldn't ride

Scarey, let me tell you everytime I see other kids there I want so badly to
say something.  But you know, other parents would just tell me to mind my
own business.

How awful!  I've let Sarah stand on the front of the cart and ride, but now
that's not going to happen again.
