Yup, it's the O'pair harness from www.travelingwithkids.com
I still have mine, though I rarely use it these days since Gabs is already 5
and fairly reliable. Tell you what, though, if she didn't listen to me, the
leash would come out and she'd be stuck to me for the rest of the time we
were out, 5 or not!

I can't remember the site one of our members has shared it before actually
has a retractable leash for kids, and it has a fanny pack for the adult and
the child.

The retractable leashes are usually longer because they are generally used
for whin you are walking your dog.
